Personal thoughts
#1

I’ve noticed recently that regular roof upkeep actually makes a difference, especially for properties close to the coast. Stuff like seasonal inspections along with catching minor problems early on tend to help a lot when it comes to avoiding bigger repairs down the road. I always thought roofs were more of a one-time thing, but weather and age really takes a toll over time. Interested to hear how often people here have their roof looked at and what what signs they usually watch for.
